Regional Manager Susan Partrich is the President of City Heights Asset Management and brings over 25 years of experience in property management. She believes that Attitude is Everything and in doing things the Ethical Way. In her experience as Regional Manager, she oversaw all of SB Pacific Group's properties in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida. She has led Tax Credit, Public Housing/ RAD, PHA, PBV, HUD Section 8 /202 PRAC, HOME Funds, FDIC Bonds, Elderly, Mixed Finance, and Conventional communities. Susan holds the following designations/certifications: Site Compliance Specialist, RES 201 Successful Site Management, Certified Occupancy Specialist COS, Certified Occupancy Specialist Public Housing COS-PHA, Blended Occupancy Specialist BOS, Certified Apartment Manager CAM and Housing Credit Compliance Professional HCCP.
CFO Shirley Hall joined City Heights Asset Management in May, 2021 as Chief Financial Officer. She worked for 7 years as Assistant Controller and Controller of Gulf Coast Housing Partnership and over 20 years with Worthmore Capital, LLC as Controller/Financial Administrator. During her tenure for these entities, Ms. Hall was responsible for all aspects of fiscal oversight and reporting including both residential and commercial real estate portfolios. Each of these companies held assets in excess of $200 million. She is licensed in the State of Louisiana as a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Loyola University, New Orleans.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE Tracy Harris joined City Heights Asset Management Company in May 2021, as Accounts Payable. Mrs. Harris worked for over 20 years as a Senior Training Coordinator, for New Orleans Convention and Visitors Bureau. She was directly responsible for working with Human Resources for identifying requirements, and instituting training plans for over 1,500 new and existing employees annually. Previously, Mrs. Harris worked as Senior Account Executive for Rhinotek Computer Supplies, LLC. During her tenure at Rhinotek she was responsible for ordering and billing for many Fortune 500 Companies. Rhinotek holds assets in excess of over $100 Million dollars. She holds a AAS in Hospitality Management as well as Bachelor of science in Business Administration (BSBA) for University of New Orleans.
Director of Asset Management As the Director of Asset Management at SB Pacific Group, Peter Forster is responsible for the oversight of over 3,500 units in the City Heights portfolio. Working closely with our third party management companies, Peter reviews and approves the annual budgets, owner distributions, value-add projects and monthly financial statement analyzing property efficiencies and recommending opportunities for improved performance. Prior to joining City Heights Peter was a Regional Manager for one of the largest residential management companies in New Jersey.
Investor Relations Jonathan Bobrovich manages brand and communication decisions for the City Heights Group. As part of the Investment team at SB Pacific Group, he serves as a liaison between the company and its investors, managing communication and action items pertaining to investments, including the investor platform, fundraising, and distributions. In addition, Jonathan is also involved in the internal business and financial operations of the SB Pacific Group. Jonathan received a B.A. in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley in 2017 and previously served as a Financial Analyst at a Fortune 500 company.
